State register of securities to be maintained in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan will maintain a state register of securities.

Report informs that in this regard, amendments are being made to the Civil Code.

According to the amendments, the legal procedures for maintaining the state register of securities and the loss of documentary securities will be regulated.
