A parliamentary delegation led by Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova will pay an official visit to the Hungarian capital Budapest from June 28 to July 1, Report informs, citing the Press and Public Relations Department of the Milli Majlis.
The delegation includes the First Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis, head of the Working Group for the Azerbaijani-Hungarian Interparliamentary Relations, Ali Huseynli, committee chairman Ziyafat Asgarov, MPs Kamila Aliyeva, Elman Nasirov, Asim Mollazade, head of parliament administration Safa Mirzayev and other officials.
During the visit, the Speaker of the Milli Majlis will meet with the Prime Minister, the Speaker of the National Assembly, and members of the inter-parliamentary friendship group with Azerbaijan. The sides will exchange views on the current state of inter-parliamentary relations, future directions of development, and expanding cooperation in other areas.
The Speaker of the Milli Majlis will visit the office of the Turkish Council in Budapest, the Diplomatic Academy, and deliver a report to the participants.
