The draft amendments to the law "On the individual ID card of the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic who did not reach 15-year age" were discussed in the third reading at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
According to the amendment, the ID card issued to a citizen under the age of 15 will include their photo, but a personal signature will not be indicated.
In addition, fingerprints of citizens under the age of 15 will not be taken, as well as the electronic carrier of the ID card, the citizen's marital status, height, eye color, military service, surname and name of the citizen's children, certificates related to the enhanced electronic signature at the request of the citizen, electronic signature creation and electronic signature verification information issued by an accredited certificate services center (signature creation data is closed for reading) will not include.
The draft amendments to the law were put to the vote and adopted in the first reading.
