The Milli Majlis will address the world Azerbaijanis, Report informs.
On December 30, the plenary meeting of the Parliament will discuss a draft resolution on the approval of Milli Majlis's appeal on the occasion of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day.
The autumn session of the Parliament will end on December 30.
