Parliament approves tax exemption of compulsory medical insurance services for additional year

The Azerbaijani Parliament adopted in the third reading the draft on the tax exemption of the provision of medical insurance services at the expense of Azerbaijan's compulsory medical insurance fund for an additional year.

Report informs that the draft amendment to the Tax Code was discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis.

According to the current law, the provision of medical insurance services at the expense of the compulsory medical insurance fund is tax-free for three years from January 1, 2020. According to the amendment, that period will be four years.
