Organization that compiled administrative protocol to receive 50 per cent of penalties related to construction

Baku. 28 February. REPORT.AZ/ 50 per cent of penalties for construction in Azerbaijan will be transferred to the account of the organization that compiles the administrative protocol.

Report informs that in this connection, it is proposed to add a new provision to the Town-planning and Construction Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Amendment to the Code states that, according to the Code of Administrative Offenses, 50 percent of the funds collected from the relevant executive authority (including the penalties imposed by the court for reviewing the administrative offense) shall be transferred to the accounts of the relevant executive authorities in order to strengthen the social protection of the employees of the executive powers. The allocation and use of those funds shall be determined by the relevant executive authority.

The project will be discussed at the plenary session of the Milli Majlis on March 5.
