New state duty on mobile devices set in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has set state duty rates for mobile devices.

According to Report, amendments are proposed to the Law on State Duties.

If the market price is up to $100, the state duty will make 30 manats;

If the market price is from $101 to $200, it will make 50 manats;

If the market price is from $201 to $400, it will make 60 manats;

If the market price is from $401 to $700, it will make 70 manats;

If the market price is from $701 to $1000, it will make 100 manats;

If the market price is higher than $1001, a state duty of 150 manats will be levied.

It should be noted that the above state duties do not apply to devices provided for in Article 33-5.1.1 of the law.
