MP offers to establish University of World and South Azerbaijanis 

At today’s parliamentary meeting, MP Sabir Rustamkhanli offered to establish a University of World and South Azerbaijanis in Azerbaijan, Report informs.

According to him, world Azerbaijanis can study for free at this university.
