Minister: Situation with water remains strained in Azerbaijan

"The rainfalls observed over the past weeks have led to an increase in water resources. However, the situation related to water resources in the country remained strained," Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov said at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the country, as he discussed the draft law "On the state budget for 2022" in the second reading.
Report informs that according to him, numerous measures are planned:
"The use of water resources of the liberated territories is also on the agenda. This will also promote resolution of problems with water."
