Milli Majlis names new head of press service

The Azerbaijani parliament (Milli Majlis) has appointed a new head of its press service.
Speaker Sahiba Gafarova signed a relevant order, which assigned Elnar Mammadli as the parliament’s spokesperson, Report says.
E. Mammadli replaced Akif Tavakkuloglu in the post.
