Marta Matrai: Hungary already feels consequences of climate change

The consequences of the change in attitude are already being felt in Hungary, Deputy Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly, Marta Matrai said at the 13th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA), Report informs.
According to her, the ongoing drought causes serious problems:
"Due to climate change in Hungary, extreme heat is increasing and drought is causing more and more serious problems. Hungary is taking measures to prevent this. Achieving climate neutrality seems to be the goal before us. Measures are being taken to increase renewable energy and reduce greenhouse gases.”
