Last Milli Majlis autumn session kicks off

The last plenary sitting of the autumn session of the Milli Majlis has begun.

According to Report, the agenda of the meeting chaired by Speaker Sahiba Gafarova included nine issues:

1. A bill of the Milli Majlis on changing the composition of the National Council of the Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company;

2. a bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the World Bank Group Organizations on the Establishment and Operation of Offices in the Republic of Azerbaijan;

3. a bill on ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on cooperation and mutual assistance in the customs sphere;

4. a bill on Ratification of the Protocol amending the Agreement on Cooperation in the Development and Use of Cellular Mobile Communications Systems of January 17, 1997;

5. a bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the State of Qatar on the mutual exemption from entry visa requirements for ordinary passport holders;

6. a bill "On Media" (in the third reading);

7. a bill on amendments to the Tax Code;

8. a bill on amendments to the Housing Code;

9. a bill on approval of the Appeal of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis.
