Elmira Suleymanova to present annual report in Milli Majlis tomorrow

Baku. 4 March. REPORT.AZ/ The next plenary meeting of Milli Majlis will be held tomorrow-on March 5.

Report informs that the agenda includes 18 issues.

Firstly, annual report of Azerbaijan's Human Rights Commissioner on 2018 will be heard at the meeting.

The annual report features restoration of human rights and freedoms violated by the state and local self-governing bodies, protection of human rights and prevention of violations, activity on providing human rights, the results of legal awareness and scientific-analytical work, cooperation with state bodies, public and mass media outlets, international relations, as well as proposals and recommendations on ensuring human rights and freedoms more reliably.

The MPs will also consider bills “On specially Protected Natural Areas and Objects", "On Passports", "On Youth Policies" (third reading) and others laws, as well as Land Code, Code of Town Planning and Construction, Codes of Criminal and Administrative Offenses.
