Chairman of Legislative Chamber of Uzbekistan Parliament visits Azerbaijan

A parliamentary delegation led by the Chairman of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis (Supreme Assembly) of Uzbekistan Nurdinjon Ismoilov arrived in Azerbaijan on May 15 for an official visit, Report informs.

The Uzbek parliamentary delegation was received at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by First Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Parliament of Azerbaijan) Ali Huseynli, head of the working group on interparliamentary relations with Uzbekistan Eldar Ibrahimov, ambassadors of the two countries Huseyn Guliyev and Bahrom Ashrafkhanov and other officials.

During the visit, the Uzbek delegation will hold a number of official meetings in Azerbaijan and participate in the Third General Conference of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Cooperation Organization.

The visit will end on May 19.
