Azerbaijan to monitor implementation of public-private partnership projects  

Implementation of public-private partnership projects will be monitored in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the bill on Public-Private Partnership.

According to the draft law, an authority has the right to monitor the state of implementation of obligations stipulated in the public-private partnership agreement in accordance with the rules of public-private partnership.
