Azerbaijan reduces state duty for media by 10 times

An amendment is proposed to Article 22 of the Law on State Duty (rates of state duty for licensing of licensed types of entrepreneurial activity).

Thus, these changes are reflected in the amount of some duties. Considering the relevant amendments, the amount of the state duty is reduced ten times from 50,000 to AZN 5,000 manats.

The draft amendments to the law were discussed at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, and Enterprising and recommended to the plenary session of parliament.
