Azerbaijan prepares new draft law on regulation of status of social networks

Baku. 2 October. REPORT.AZ/ A new draft law "On regulation of the status of social networks" is under preparation in Azerbaijan.

Report informs that at present, the project, which initially consisted of 1 chapter and 9 items, envisages legal regulations on the use of social networks, spread of information and other issues.

The draft law is expected to be discussed in Milli Majlis committee soon.

Once the work on the draft is completed, the document may be discussed at the autumn session of the Milli Majlis or at the next session.
