Azerbaijan adopts changes to budget of Unemployment Insurance Fund for 2024

The Parliament of Azerbaijan has approved the amendments to the law “On the budget of the Unemployment Insurance Fund for 2024” in the third reading, Report informs.

The document was presented by the chairman of the parliamentary committee on labor and social policy, Musa Guliyev.

According to the document, the forecast for unemployment insurance revenues was increased by 2.8%, to 185 million manats ($108.823 million).

At the same time, the forecast for the extra-budgetary part of the fund’s income was increased by 3.5%, to 139.3 million manats ($81.941 million).
