Autumn session of Azerbaijani Parliament ends, MPs go on vacation

The autumn session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) has ended, according to Report.

Parliament Speaker Sahiba Gafarova said that 19 plenary meetings were held, 206 laws and resolutions were adopted during the autumn session.

“A total of 37 plenary meetings were held this year, 320 laws and regulations were considered. Ten hearings have been held this year too.”

Sahiba Gafarova congratulated all parliament members on December 31 - Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and New Year.

Further, on behalf of the entire staff of the Milli Majlis, the speaker congratulated President Ilham Aliyev and wished him success in his work.

The MPs will return from vacation on January 15.
