Zakir Hasanov to leave for Turkey on February 1

At the invitation of Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov will pay a working visit to Turkey on February 1, the Defense Ministry told Report.

The meeting with the Turkish minister of national defense slated as part of the visit will focus on regional security, development of relations between the armies of the two brotherly countries, as well as cooperation in military-technical, military education, military medicine, and other issues of mutual interest.

The visit will last until February 2.
