Türkiye appointed General Soner Orucoglu new military attache to Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Turkish Embassy.
Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci met with the newly appointed military attache and wished him success.
The parties discussed military and defense cooperation between Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
