On August 12, in the evening, the Minister of National Defense of Turkey, Mr. Hulusi Akar, Chief of the General Staff, Army General Yashar Guler, and commanders of the Armed Forces' branches and other high-ranking officers arrived in Azerbaijan, Report says.
