Navies of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan start joint exercises

Joint military exercises of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan "Caspian Breeze - 2025" have started in Aktau, Kazakhstan, Report informs referring to the press service of the Kazakh Defense Ministry.
The joint exercises are aimed at "increasing the security of maritime economic activity facilities, naval bases and shipping."
The opening ceremony of the exercises was attended by Deputy Commander of the Azerbaijani Navy - Chief of Staff Captain 1st Rank Teymur Murshudov and First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces of Kazakhstan - Chief of the General Staff Captain 1st Rank Kanat Niyazbekov.
