Missile attack on residential building in Kyiv kills 4

A residential building in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, has been subjected to a missile attack.
Report's Eastern European bureau said eight missiles were fired to the area today, with two hitting a residential building.
Four people have been killed as a result.
