Ministry: Positions of Azerbaijani Army came under fire from 3 directions

Starting from the evening of July 30, during the early hours of July 31, the Armenian armed forces' units fired intensively at the Azerbaijani Army positions in the directions of the Gadabay and Kalbajar districts on the state border, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

Besides, the positions of the Azerbaijani Army located in the Amiranlar settlement of the Khojavand district were fired from different caliber small arms and sniper rifles by the members of the illegal Armenian armed groups in the territory of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed.

Azerbaijani units have taken adequate response measures in the abovementioned areas.
