Ministry of Defense: Georgia ready to contribute to process of establishing peace in South Caucasus

Georgia is ready to make its contribution to the process of establishing peace and stability in the South Caucasus, Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Chikovani said at a meeting with Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Georgia Faig Guliyev, the Georgian bureau of Report informs.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the importance of strategic partnership and friendly relations between the two countries. The positive dynamics of high-level visits was noted.
The prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of defense were also discussed. Attention was paid to joint participation in international exercises and cooperation in the field of military education.
