"As always, Turkey stands by Azerbaijan today," Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said in a telephone conversation with Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, Report informs.
A telephone conversation took place between the defense ministers of the two countries on November 16.
