Georgian Defense Minister visiting Azerbaijan

Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Chikovani is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Defense Ministry of Georgia.

Chikovani will meet with his Azerbaijani counterpart Zakir Hasanov during the visit.

The Defense Minister of Georgia honored the memory of Azerbaijan's National Leader Heydar Aliyev and outstanding ophthalmologist, and academician Zarifa Aliyeva in the Alley of Honor and laid a wreath in front of their graves.

The Georgian delegation also visited the Alley of Martyrs in Baku and laid a wreath in front of the Eternal Flame monument.
