Criminal case initiated over recent Armenian provocation

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 120.2.12 of the Criminal Code (deliberate murder on the motive of national, racial, religious hatred or enmity) and other articles over the Armenian provocation on April 11, and investigative actions were taken immediately, Report informs, citing the Military Prosecutor's Office.
As noted, the investigation is ongoing and all measures will be taken following the requirements of the legislation.
“We pray for God’s mercy on our martyrs and offer our deepest condolences to their relatives. Long live the homeland,” reads the statement.
