Baku. 11 November. REPORT.AZ/ CIS Defense Ministries on the 67th meeting of the Council of Ministers of Defense created the basis for the international legal framework of the military partnership. Report informs referring to RIA Novosti, it was said by the Russian Defense Minister General of the army Sergei Shoigu.
