Chingiz Asgarov: 'Armenia prevents Azerbaijanis from returning to their homeland'

Armenia prevents Azerbaijanis from returning to their homeland, the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court, Chingiz Asgarov, said at a "War crimes against Azerbaijan" seminar organized by the Center for the Analysis of International Relations, Report informs.

He said that the mines buried by Armenians while fleeing from the occupied territories threaten people's lives: "Armenia is responsible for this."

According to Chingiz Asgarov, the main goal is to ensure people's safety and obtain maps: "According to international law, the other party must provide maps. The failure of official Yerevan to take steps in this direction is a violation of international law. This means that more people will die."
