Azerbaijani military prosecutor’s office solves 99% of war crimes

Last year, 99% of war crimes were solved in Azerbaijan, Deputy Prosecutor General - Military Prosecutor, Lieutenant General of Justice Khanlar Valiyev said, Report informs.
The military prosecutor ascribed the 99% performance in solving the registered crimes to paying special attention to the legality and validity of launching a criminal proceeding, the thorough, full, and objective investigation of all cases, the application of well-established investigative methods and tactics, competent investigative actions, the required procedural guidance as well as owing to the professionalism and determination of the staff. Valiyev added that 100% of the crimes against life and health and some other types of crimes have been solved.
