Azerbaijani Army soldier who injured in Lachin dies

On August 5, the soldier Aliyev Tahir Chingiz, seriously injured due to the fall of a piece of rock, died in the Lachin district.

According to Report, despite the efforts of the doctors, it was not possible to save his life.

The Ministry of Defense confirmed the fact.

On August 5, while performing a military mission in difficult terrain in Lachin, a piece of rock that broke off from the cliffs fell on the active military servicemen of the Azerbaijan Army, soldier Samir Khudiyev and soldier Aliyev Tahir. As a result, soldier Khudiyev died on the spot from his injuries.

A criminal case has been launched, and an investigation is underway.
