Azerbaijan Army holds paramilitary cross competition

In accordance with the combat training plan for 2022 approved by the Minister of Defense, a paramilitary cross competition was held among servicemen.

Report informs, citing the Ministry of Defense, that nine teams representing different types of troops competed for the championship.

The servicemen competed in shooting, grenade launching and 3-kilometer cross races.

In the team score, the 1st place was taken by the Land Forces team, the 2nd place by the Military Police team, and the 3rd place by the Training and Education Center team.

In the individual competition, 1st place was awarded to warrant officer Tural Mammadov, 2nd place to junior sergeant Emil Murshudov, 3rd place to serviceman of active military service Rasif Maharramov.

At the end of the competition, the winners were awarded diplomas, cups, and medals.
