Turkish ambassador visits Azerbaijan Press Council

Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci visited the Press Council of Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the council.

Chairman of the Press Council Rashad Majid stressed that the friendly and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkiye have affected the cooperation between their media. He emphasized that the Press Council will make efforts to strengthen contacts between Azerbaijani and Turkish media outlets.

Ambassador Cahit Bagci noted that the Press Council cooperates closely with the Turkish Embassy. He expressed confidence that this cooperation will give positive results in the future.

At the meeting, the sides also exchanged views on several issues of mutual interest.
