To bring joy and faith in the bright and better is what Sarhan Sarhan seeks to do when he goes on stage.
Sarhan Sarhan, the Soviet and Azerbaijani pop singer, People's Artist, has become a guest of the traditional Friday podcast of Hamid Hamidov's 'Shall we talk?'
"A person looks the way he has set himself up. There are no boundaries for perfection. Step by step we move towards our goal, improving ourselves in everything - in our profession, in our life position, improving our internal and external state so that they are in harmony," says Sarhan Sarhan, who spoke about his age and how he feels about it.
The People's Artist of Azerbaijan also noted that he goes on stage to give hope to people: "Art is an illusion that gives people hope, faith and joy. For a moment, people break away from reality and go into the state created by the artist on stage. And that’s great, if you can do this, then you bring joy to people."
He also shared his thoughts on the collapse of the USSR, the war in Ukraine and the musical tastes of Azerbaijanis.
The author and performer of his songs Sarhan Sarhan also answered questions about joint projects and his creative plans for the next year.
