Preliminary hearing launched on lawsuit of Arif Alishanov against journalist Gulu Maharramli

Baku. 1 April. REPORT.AZ/Today preliminary hearing launched at Yasamal District Court on the private prosecution appeal of Chairman of Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) Arif Alishanov against Professor, Honored Reporter Gulu Maharramli.

Report informs, representatives of both sides attended the trial presided by Judge Azer Taghiyev.

G.Maharramli attended the trial, A.Alishanov appeared by a representative.

The case was not accepted for review, the trial postponed.

The next hearing date will be announced within a week.
