The news circulating about Azerbaijan providing military assistance to Ukraine is completely false, said the statement of the Media Development Agency, Report informs.

"Thus, Azerbaijan does not produce cannonballs, and this claim is just nonsense. Azerbaijan provides only humanitarian support to Ukraine based on the principles of humanism. The photo of the person who is said to be a journalist with the Ukrainian flag has nothing to do with Azerbaijan. As Media Development Agency, we urge local and foreign social media users to treat such nonsensical news with caution and sensitivity," the statement reads.
