Hikmat Hajiyev: Azerbaijani society actively works with mass media on media literacy

Azerbaijani society is actively working with the country's mass media, especially on developing media literacy, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Department for Foreign Policy Issues of the Presidential Administration, said at the 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum, Report informs.

According to Hajiyev, special attention is paid to increasing media literacy on social networks and among children.

"We are confident that the formation of a media-literate generation is one of the most important ways to strengthen the information immunity of our society," Hajiyev emphasized.
