Five journalists killed so far in Russia's war against Ukraine

Five journalists have been killed and three wounded in Russia's war against Ukraine since February 24, Report informs.

Evgeny Sakun, the operator of Ukraine's Live TV, was killed when the Babi Yar monument was shelled by the Russian Armed Forces in Kyiv.

Ukrainian journalist Oleksandra "Sasha" Kuvshinova, who was serving as a consultant for Fox News on the ground during the course of the Russian invasion, was killed Monday alongside Fox News cameraman Pierre Zakrzewski when their vehicle was struck by incoming fire. She was 24 years old.

Viktor Didor, a Ukrainian journalist from Lviv, was killed in Mykolaiv.

US journalist Brent Renaud, a Peabody and DuPont Award winning filmmaker, best known for producing humanitarian stories from conflict zones, was shot dead by Russian forces in Irpin, near Kyiv.

Fox News correspondent Benjamin Hall, American photojournalist Juan Arredondo were injured in the Kyiv Oblast.
