Broadcasting Council of Public TV and Radio Broadcasting Company meets new chairman

Baku. 18 April. REPORT.AZ/ The Broadcasting Council of the Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company has today held a meeting.

Report informs, organizational issue was considered at the meeting.

According to the unanimous decision of the Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Broadcasting Council, Mukhtar Kazim Imanov was elected chairman of the Broadcasting Council.

Notably, 62-year-old M.Imanov is a Director of the Folklore Institute of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), ANAS corresponding member.

Jahangir Mammadli has served as a chairman of the Broadcasting Council for 12 years. His term of office ended.
