Korean ambassador: Nizami Ganjavi is more than simply a poet

In his works, Nizami Ganjavi discloses many mysteries of his time and the history of Azerbaijan, Korean ambassador to Azerbaijan Kim Tong Op said at an international forum on 'Creative activity of Nizami Ganjavi as a bridge between cultures' held in Baku.

The Korean diplomat noted that Nizami Ganjavi is more than simply a poet: "I myself was always interested in his poetry and the story of his life."

Kim Tong Op noted that such forums would increase the foreigners' interest in Nizami Ganjavi's poetry.
