The implementation of the points of the trilateral statement signed on November 10, 2020, may become the main topic of today's meeting of the Azerbaijani, Russian and Armenian leaders in Sochi, diplomat, and former foreign minister of Azerbaijan Tofig Zulfugarov told Report.
"Azerbaijan and Russia demand the fulfillment of the obligations that Armenia assumed under the agreement on November 10, 2020. The fulfillment of these parameters is the obligation that Pashinyan has assumed. The signing of any new agreement or a deal today will mean the implementation of those obligations," Zulfugarov said.
At the same time, he noted that the Armenian prime minister himself will most likely ask for more time for their implementation.
"Pashinyan once refused to hold a trilateral meeting, giving as a reason that the country's public is in a tense state. As we can see, the meeting is taking place after two weeks," the diplomat added.
