US Embassy: Time to sign peace treaty between Yerevan and Baku

It is time for a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the US Embassy in Armenia said in a statement, Report informs via Armenian media.
According to the embassy, the agreement will help to unlock the economic potential of the South Caucasus.
The statement also says that the day before, the State Department's Senior Adviser for Caucasus Negotiations Louis Bono and US Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien met with senior Armenian officials and discussed efforts to establish a lasting peace between Yerevan and Baku.
