The work done by the Azerbaijani government to construct a "smart" village in Zangilan is a very important step," UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan Vladanka Andreeva told Report.
She emphasized that this was her first visit to Zangilan even though she had visited different liberated areas of Azerbaijan: "We are looking forward to how the IDPs, who will return to Zangilan, will restore their peaceful lives here."
According to her, within the framework of the UN, international structures can provide support to Azerbaijan in taking measures to monitor the purity of water and purify it so that it can be used as drinking water and in agriculture.
