Our victorious army led this happy day under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, and our lands were liberated from occupation."

"Today, we are proud that our servicemen and specialists on the reconstruction of Karabakh benefit from our weather forecasts for that region. In the future, hydrometeorological data will serve in the effective planning of the different fields of the economy.
