No peace talks are being held on Karabakh: Polad Bulbuloglu

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu told Radio KP that No peace talks are currently held on Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to him, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan makes nonsensical statements about the negotiation process:
"Today, the peace process is not going on; there are no talks."
