Kremlin calls on Baku, Yerevan to show restraint

"Russia calls on the parties to exercise restraint over the current situation on the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia and supports the implementation of trilateral agreements," Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said, Report informs.
"Although the resumption of the hostilities is a matter of serious concern, it has been possible to stop it through Russian mediation. Official Moscow will continue its mediation efforts. The issue can only be resolved through the implementation of general agreements on Karabakh," he added.
Dmitry Peskov stressed the need for a meeting among the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia with the consent of all the parties.
