Nikol Pashinyan announced the signing of a statement with Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev to end the war in Karabakh.

The Armenian Prime Minister posted the statement on his Facebook page.
"Dear compatriots, sisters and brothers. I personally made a very difficult decision for myself and all of us.
