Nikol Pashinyan announced the signing of a statement with Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev to end the war in Karabakh.

The Armenian Prime Minister posted the statement on his Facebook page.
"Dear compatriots, sisters and brothers. I personally made a very difficult decision for myself and all of us.
"I signed a document on the end of the Karabakh war with the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan from 01.00. The text of the already published statement is incredibly painful for me and our people," he said.
