“Deployment of peacekeepers in Karabakh is possible only with consent of conflict parties”: Peskov

The deployment of peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh is possible only with the consent of both Azerbaijan and Armenia, Report informs citing the RIA Novosti, Russian president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"The primary question here is whether the opposing sides, namely Azerbaijan and Armenia, are ready for this. Deployment of any peacekeepers, observers - anyone - is possible only with the consent of both sides," – Peskov said to journalists.

"So far, we have not heard the answer to this," he added.
